During the war we were supposed to take our gas masks every were we went. One day I forgot my gas mask until I was half way to school. I ran all the way back home to get it and got into trouble from my mother for going back. When I got to school I got into trouble from my teacher for being late so I got into trouble twice for doing the right thing which I thought was very unfair.
