Claude Branson was in a WWII prison camp. The story he told his son was that he cut the high ranking soldiers hair to keep the looking nice. They used him in this way because he had the talent for being a barber. He worked on a farm and milked the goats. He was fed potato peelings and drank goats milk straight from the udder of the goat. There was one German soldier that thought enough of him to sneak him enough food to keep him going later at night when noone else could see. This is the only information that he has left behind. Meaning it was the only store that he ever told because it was to horrifying and graphic for a child to hear. Any one with any information on Claudius Branson I am hoping to get a response or a link to websites with enough information to complete my search.
