When it was approaching the end of the war we had no need for all the planes which we were carrying on our aircraft carrier. We were in the Caribbean at the time on the USS Albermar. We carried Barracudas and Swordfish on there and we ended up dumping them into the sea! I don鈥檛 think they ever found the site where all these planes were dropped!
