Message 1 - Trooperstan's girl

One chap who, now and again, writes to me, was in the 51st Regt which was in the 25th Tank Brigade until after the PO valley in Northern Italy, the 25th was disbanded and the 51st became a super strong Independent assault regiment with flame throwers and all the big stuff - his name is trooper geoff - he will no doubt be in touch shortly, the North Irish Horse came over to the 21st Brigade and both the 142 nd and 145th regiments of the RAC were disbanded !
