Airbourne at 1725. A long stooge over the North Sea tonight and not higher than 3000' all the way. All quiet over the sea.

Managed to find our pin point after stooging around quite a bit and having passed over one of the hottest spots in the area. Maybe they were asleep because nothing was thrown up at us, much to our relief.

We ran in on target area at about 800' (quite close to the drink that!) drop our goods and turn for home.

Weather conditions not that bad, 5/10 cloud. As we come out we see some poor devil getting shut up. Maybe he went over the same place as we did. We certainly were lucky to get out without somone objecting to our presence.

We crossed the North Sea between 800' and 1000'. Watty is in good form tonight and we hit Flamborough thread right on the nose. Set course for base and land there at about 2200.

On the whole a very quite night out.
