Hi I am looking for information on a write up and photo in a Croydon Surrey newspaper after WW2 1945. The photo and story are about my Gran Mary Aungier who had 7 sons all in WW2. Their Names are Bill, Ernie, Alf, Fred, Harry, Bob & Steve who was killed in a plane crash while on his way home from the war. The plane crashed in France. I have contacted the newspaper that I thought was in print at that time but to no avail. If any one knowes of the write up or newspapers in circulation in Croydon in 1945, I would greatly appreciate to hear from you.
