My Great Uncle was Pte Arthur Henry Morley of the 2nd Btn Essex Regiment. He died on 11th June 1944 at the age of 25 shortly after the D-Day landing. I have no pictures or much knowledge of him or his Regiment. I would love to hear from anyone who has knowledge of the Essex Regt's role in the landings and in particular anyone who may have known my Great Uncle.
