The Best Rural Training bus was a government funded project delivered on the Isle of Wight and was funded by Leader+, The Countryside Agency and SEEDA. which ran through 2004/2005
The Best Rural Bus was a purpose built IT training bus equipped with six laptops with it's own satellite connection. The partners in the project were Best Training and The Rural Community Council. We delivered IT training to 15 villages a week on the Island.
We became an associate centre with the 大象传媒 to promote the WW2 Peoples War, so we welcome any contributions to this space to gather stories for the Island in particular.

The training bus is now run under The Riverside Centre in Newport Isle of Wight
