ww2 has held an interest since my dad told me a story about his time italy. i then began to read ,the more i read the more i wanted to know and understand . i also have a love of warbirds so the battle of britian holds my attention.dad was a home guard in 1940, so that has some revelance too.his stories about that would fit into dads army well!!! i live in newzealand,my dad passed away in 96 .im now trying to find out about his time in italy and the home guard, battles involved in, stationed etc. im also interested in a pilots view of the battle of britian.i hope that someone reading this will beable to answer my questions .
