My name is Wendy Jones, im 70 years old next birthday and I live in Hove. Since I retired as a medical secretary, I have done a lot of community work for example, I write for the Community page in The Argus, and I work for the 60 plus Action Group, The Poets Corner Residents Society and The Vallance Memories Group. Also, my ambition is to write a local history book.

I also listen regularly to Southern Counties Radio and that is where i heard about the WW2 project.
