For signed in users, when you add something to your Watchlist, this information is stored on the ´óÏó´«Ã½ servers to allow you to access your list from multiple devices.

You can remove from your Watchlist by going to ‘Manage full list’ and selecting the X next to the programme you want to remove.Ìý

iPlayer child profiles on connected TV
If you are 18 years or older, as a parent or guardian, you can add child profiles under your account.
Our data shows that most children’s content is watched via an adult’s account. This means that both adults and children are not getting the best possible recommendations or an age appropriate experience from the ´óÏó´«Ã½.Ìý
Child profiles only show content that’s suitable for under-13s, without the need for a parent or guardian to grant permission.Ìý
Your child’s profile is associated with your account. Data collected through the profile is stored under your account.Ìý
We will collect this information when you set up a child’s profile under your account:
- The profile’s display name
- Your child’s date of birth
- Your child’s activity data (for example, viewing history). This is to safeguard your child’s wellbeing and offer better recommendations.Ìý

We keep your information as long as the account is active. You can remove data stored on the TV itself by removing your ´óÏó´«Ã½ account from the TV.Ìý
You can manage or delete your ´óÏó´«Ã½ account at any time. Find out more about managing your account. If you choose to delete your ´óÏó´«Ã½ account, all personal information will be deleted immediately from ´óÏó´«Ã½ servers and the remaining information made anonymous. We might then use it to help us improve our services.Ìý
We will help you make informed decisions about your information, so everyone can get the best out of digital technologies and the ´óÏó´«Ã½. Find out what we're doing with your information and more about cookies.
