Lift – Rasmus Hardiker plays Rocco
Rocco is about 17, caught up in the world of his iPod. At first laid-back, he soon begins to panic – he's so young, never been with a girl – and he's claustrophobic.
Ìý
In fact he's got seven major phobias... And despite his laid-back experience, he's very sensitive and is generally out of his depth.

Rasmus explains: "Rocco seems to fit the stereotype of rapping youth; he talks the lingo, knows all the slang and pretends to be in touch with yoof culture, but is actually quite shy and frightened.
Ìý
"It isn't long before all his insecurities and phobias come to the surface, and that was a fun combination to play."
Ìý
Rasmus too found himself getting slightly hysterical cabin fever after spending four days in the confines of the LIFT set:
Ìý
"My high point was when our characters were all trying to get some sleep, and Douglas Hodge, whose character Paul Sykes is an insomniac, decided to put his head into his briefcase to cut out the light. I had real difficulty keeping a straight face..."
