Event Terms and Conditions

See Tickets are the official ticketing partner for this event and will issue tickets on behalf of the 大象传媒 (the “Event Organiser”).

The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions - anyone failing to comply with these conditions may be removed from the premises and have their ticket invalidated:

1. Tickets are priced at £10 each plus a booking fee of £1.25 per ticket charged by the ticketing agent.

2. A valid ticket will be required to gain entry to the venue and upon request for inspection at any time during the event. Failure to produce your ticket when requested may result in you being ejected from the venue. Tickets for the event are issued electronically and must be printed at home or displayed on a mobile device to gain entry. The venue reserves the right of admission refusal at all times.

3. Customers can purchase no more than 6 tickets for this event – please be aware that this will be checked and multiple purchases will be cancelled.

4. This event is for those aged 16 years old and over. Proof of age will be requested upon entry so please make sure you bring photographic ID with you. Acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport or valid photo card driving licence.

5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. We also reserve the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification.

6. The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission by the Organiser.

7. This is a multi-artist event. Not all of the names of those performing will be announced ahead of tickets being made available to the public and all ticketholders acknowledge this at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be provided due to line up.

8. Should the event be cancelled or line-up changed, the Event Organiser will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred by the ticketholder. In the event of cancellation of the entire event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded via the ticket agent the tickets were purchased through.

10. Any personal data customers provide as part of the purchase of tickets for this event will be collected and retained by the Event Organiser’s appointed ticket agent for this event, See Tickets. See Tickets are the data Controller and Processor for this event and will collect and retain personal data of the members of public who have purchased tickets in accordance with their terms and conditions.

11. Tickets may not be re-sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation except the Event Organiser. Each ticket carries an individual security bar code. Sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue.

12. Audio and visual content from this event will be broadcast on 大象传媒 platforms, and associated social media platforms. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video, photography and / or audio recording of this event and / or any element thereof in any / all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.

13. Alcohol will be on sale in the venue, if you look under 25 please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age - the only forms of ID acceptable will be a valid photo driving licence or a passport.

14. The venue reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the venue at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of the venue may be ejected. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and may be reported to the police.

15. The organisers reserve the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the venue, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf. Refunds will not be issued to anyone who is ejected from the venue.

16. Ticketholders are not permitted to bring any of the following articles into the venue:
• Any food, soft drinks, alcohol or refreshment containers
• Drugs (including legal highs) and other controlled substances - anyone found to be in possession of illegal substances will be ejected
• Anything else that interferes with the event or the enjoyment of the event by others, compromises public safety or could be used as an offensive weapon

17. Smoke effects, strobe lighting and lasers may be used at any time during this event. WARNING - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.

18. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.

19. Tickets purchased via the See Tickets website are subject to the . In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of the See Tickets Purchasing Policy and the Event Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail. The Event Organiser is not responsible for the content of third party websites.

20. You will be subject to when providing your data in order to buy tickets. The Event Organiser is not responsible for the content of third party websites. Any personal data exchanged with See Tickets is held by See Tickets as controller and processor.

21. Admission to this event is subject to the terms and conditions; and any other entry requirements recommended or required by government on the date of the event. By purchasing a ticket you confirm you agree to this, in particular all safety measures the Event Organiser may implement to combat the spread of COVID-19 or any other communicable disease.
