As part of 大象传媒 Introducing LIVE, we’re hosting a special event at OMEARA in London on Saturday 19th October 2024.

大象传媒 Introducing LIVE will take over Omeara for a day of panels, open mic and deck sessions, and an industry feedback centre. This event will offer attendees the chance to network with top tier industry leaders and receive personal feedback on their music.

The event will feature six engaging panels scheduled throughout the day:

• Cultivating A Fanbase - featuring Alex Rice & Rob Knaggs (Sports Team), Dave Hudson (Forward Slash), and Caity Baser, hosted by Alyx Holcombe (Radio 1)
• The Art Of Song - featuring charlieeee, Mike Kintish, Gracey and Lapsley, hosted by Sian Eleri (Radio 1)
• Digital Masterclass - featuring Parris OH (Artists Partnerships Manager at TikTok), Jacob Rickard (lemontank) and Caitlin Ricaud (Fred again..'s Director Of Photography), hosted by Maia Beth (Radio 1)
• Radio Play & the Key Steps In Releasing Your Music - featuring Michael Michel (Radio 1), Kayah Hazell (1Xtra), Hana Staddon (6 Music), and Ellie Best (Sony), hosted by Emily Pilbeam (6 Music)
• How 大象传媒 Introducing Can Help You - featuring Kelly Betts (Editor of 大象传媒 Introducing), Jaguar (Radio 1), Jericho Keys (Introducing in York & Humberside), and Angelle Joseph (Introducing in Norfolk & Suffolk), hosted by Jess Iszatt (Radio 1)
• How We Made It - featuring Jax Jones, Cassyette and Rachel Chinouriri, hosted by Abbie McCarthy (大象传媒 Introducing)

The Feedback Centre will be staffed with industry experts representing TikTok, Spotify, major and indie labels (e.g. Universal, Def Jam, Chess Club Records, Sony, EMI), radio stations (e.g. 6 Music, Radio 1), and other key players in the music industry. These professionals are eager to lend their ears to your music and provide valuable feedback to help you refine your craft.

That’s not all! There will be a limited number for slots for attendees to showcase their talent by performing a 10-15 minute set on at Open Decks or participating in the Open Mic slot.

Since its inception, 大象传媒 Introducing has championed unsigned British musicians through the 大象传媒 Introducing Uploader, with 23 local radio shows and six national shows on 大象传媒 Radio 1, 1Xtra, Asian Network, and 6 Music. Many successful artists, including Ed Sheeran, Raye, Olivia Dean, Sam Fender, and Loyle Carner, began their careers with support from 大象传媒 Introducing.

Ticket Prices

Tickets are priced at £10 plus a £1.25 booking fee (per ticket). There is a maximum of 6 tickets per customer.

The booking fee is retained by See Tickets and OMEARA and contributes to operational costs including card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs.

Event Restrictions

You need to be 16 or over to attend this event.

You will be asked for photographic ID at the entrance. Acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport or a valid EU photo card driving license.

How to get tickets

See Tickets is the official ticketing agent for this event and will handle ticket sales on behalf of the 大象传媒.

Tickets are only confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.

All tickets for this event will be e-tickets. You will be able to access and download your e-ticket(s) 5 days before the event.

We strongly recommend that you do not risk buying tickets that are being resold on secondary ticketing sites or privately. In addition to the above we cannot guarantee that tickets are genuine or if they are tickets that have previously been cancelled. Those who resell tickets are breaking the Terms & Conditions they agreed to during the booking process and we reserve the right to cancel their tickets

Accessibility

大象传媒 Introducing aims to make its events accessible as possible for customers with accessibility requirements.

OMEARA has step-free access to all rooms in the venue and . You can find all of the venue accessibility information .

Please send your request in advance of the event to info@omearalondon.com – the venue will be happy to assist in every way possible.

Venue stewards and security will be on hand to help accessible customers to these areas, if needed.

Travel

There is no car park adjacent to Omeara but you will find several paid car parks (justpark, NCP) within a 10 minute walk of the venue.

The venue is located 0.4miles from London Bridge station.

Food & Drink

A variety of food and drink options will be available to purchase from the venue.

Prohibited Items

Only food and drink purchased on site will be allowed into Omeara Bar. No items of food or drink purchased externally will be permitted into the music venue.

No bags / rucksacks larger than A4 allowed.

No glass or metal bottles, alcohol and illegal substances allowed.

No weapons or sharp pointed objects, hazardous / toxic substances, fireworks or laser pens allowed.

No selfie sticks, umbrellas and helmets allowed.

No professional cameras / audio / visual recording equipment / drones allowed.
