Terms & Conditions

• Your ticket purchase is governed by these terms and conditions, as well as any terms and conditions set out by the venue provider. Please read them carefully.

• The ´óÏó´«Ã½ reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event or alter the format or running order.

• No compensation will be payable for any such changes other than a refund of the ticket price in the event of cancellation only.

• Please be advised that football colours are not permitted to be worn at this event.

• The age restriction for this event is 14. Children under 14 will not be admitted. Children between the ages of 14 -16 may be admitted but only if accompanied by an adult ( 18 or over).

• Every member of the audience must possess a valid ticket which must be produced to gain admittance. The ´óÏó´«Ã½ reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.

• The venue provider reserves the right not to re-admit those who leave the site during the performance.

• The ticket will not be exchanged or refunded unless the performance is cancelled.

• If a ticket is resold for profit or commercial gain, the ticket will be void.

• Ticket-holders consent to the filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience.

• Persons will not be admitted to the event if, in the opinion of the stewards, they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• The use of professional photographic or recording equipment in the arena is prohibited.

• It is possible the sound pressures may exceed 96dB.

• Please don’t be offended if the venue provider asks to look in your bag – to ensure everyone’s safety they may have to conduct occasional searches.

• No food or drink, including alcohol, may be brought to the event.

• The video or audio recording and distribution of this production is strictly prohibited.

• No responsibility is accepted by the ´óÏó´«Ã½ for the loss or damage of any personal property brought to the event, including items left in cars.

• Whilst we allocate specific seats to you the venue provider has the right to change these seats to others of equal value.

• In the event of a conflict the ´óÏó´«Ã½â€™s Terms and Conditions shall take precedent.

GIVEAWAY: Those who buy a ticket to the BIG DAY OUT before 6pm on Saturday May 4th will have the opportunity to be entered into a giveaway draw for exclusive tickets to a special Fighting Talk show live from the Echo Arena on the morning of Saturday 1st June, 11 – 12am. By entering the draw you agree that the ´óÏó´«Ã½ may use your personal details provided to contact you. Winners of the draw will be selected randomly. Each randomly selected winner will be invited to bring one guest. There is no obligation to accept this giveaway if you do not wish to. All of the other terms and conditions above apply to giveaway ticket-holders and their guests. If you purchase a BIG DAY OUT ticket direct from the venue’s designated box office before 6pm on Saturday May 4th, you will also be eligible for the draw.
