CARFEST SOUTH is FRIDAY 25th AUGUST – SUNDAY 27th AUGUST 2017 at Laverstoke Park Farm, Hampshire

The TOP FIVE bids will get FAMILY GLAMPING (Yurt for 2 adults & 2 kids) at CarFest SOUTH

You will arrive early o’clock to Radio 2 on FRIDAY 25th AUGUST 2017 and be in the studio audience of THE CHRIS EVANS BREAKFAST SHOW. You will meet the team including Vassos, Lynn and Moira and be our guest of honour for the whole morning

At the end of the show you will set off from the PIAZZA outside New Broadcasting House on a 1956 BEDFORD COACH courtesy of our friends at LODGE COACHES, and head towards LAVERSTOKE PARK FARM – the home of CarFest South. Checking you onto the vintage bus will be our glam Clippy’s LOUISE MINCHIN, NATASHA EVANS and Head Clippy CAROL KIRKWOOD, and of course driving the bus will be MR CHRISTOPHER EVANS.

You will be our Glamping guests for the whole weekend staying at “CAMP CHRIS”, your stay will include all meals, refreshments and hospitality

Plus you will have the ride of your life, in a car of your choice as you head off down around the roads surrounding CarFest

You will be invited to attend THE MAD HATTERS TEA PARTY hosted by some of the friends of the fest, including Carol Kirkwood, Tom Kerridge, Jody Scheckter, Karen & Kevin Clifton and of course Alex Jones to name a few

FAF HOSPITALITY PAVILION will be your base during the day giving you prime location to view the music stage on one side, and a platform to view all the gorgeous cars speeding up The Hill Climb to the other side. If you wish to get closer to the live music, then you can! – your passes will allow you access to THE MOSH PIT directly in front of the stage

Also, included in this package is PRIORITY ACCESS to many of the festivals features allowing you to jump the queue!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Winners to make own way to Radio 2 on Friday 25th August 2017
• Transfer will be from Radio 2 to CarFest South via Vintage Bus. Successful bidders to make own way on Monday 28th August from CarFest South to their final destination
• You are permitted to bid on behalf of another person but as the bidder you will be paying for the package
• Successful bidders cannot resell or re-auction a place
• Family Glamping Ticket is 2 Adults and 2 Children
