More hard-hitting investigations, including how reputable are private investigators? Plus details of security and safety incidents at five British airports.

Donal MacIntyre with more hard-hitting investigations, including:

How reputable are private investigators? Our team called forty investigators in Manchester and London posing as a distressed wife suspicious that her husband is having an affair. A staggering proportion offered to break the law to track down his phone or bank details.

How safe are our skies? The Donal MacIntyre team has discovered details of security and safety incidents at five British airports - London Heathrow, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast. The incidents ranged from pilots disobeying air traffic control instructions, reports of fumes on aircraft and communication problems, right through to a report about the rudder system of one plane being jammed by a plum from a pilot's lunchbox.

And we'll be asking if the RSPCA could be doing more to help people who are struggling to look after animals, rather than going straight to prosecution? The programme will also be catching up with developments following File on 4's story concerning RSPCA prosecutions.
