Rachel investigates the case of an Iraq war veteran who has ended up thousands of pounds out of pocket after hiring builders to renovate his house. The job was supposed to cost 22,000 pounds and take eight weeks. Now, eleven months and 34,000 pounds later, he is still waiting for builders to finish the job. Lucy and Rhodri are in Pontypridd which has been hit by a spate of metal thefts. Football fixtures have been cancelled and street lighting taken out because of the thefts. Lucy finds out what is being done to stamp out the problem. Rhodri tries to get some money back for a woman in Ogmore who spent 1,500 pounds getting her roof replaced, only to find rainwater running down the walls. Lucy is on the case in Swansea helping a couple who spent hours on a cramped coach after the holiday company changed their flights.
