Rhodri visits Hengoed in the Rhymney Valley where the residents of Hawthorne Drive are being plagued by rats. At the Merediths' home, rat urine is staining the ceiling, and the children are afraid to go to sleep. So why is the council not doing more to sort out the problem?

It is only three years old, but Linda Vokes's driveway is literally being washed away. Although she has taken the Newport builder responsible to the small claims court and won, he is still refusing to pay for his shoddy workmanship and Linda's driveway carries on crumbling.

Rachel Treadaway-Williams visits three customers all unhappy with the products they bought from a furniture company. Chris and Caryn Phillips from Carmarthen paid over 拢2,000 but are disappointed by their sagging sofa, whilst in Ferndale, Tracey Evans has struggled to make her recliner work.

Lucy's on the case sorting out a 拢3,000 electricity bill for a very worried Swansea family.
