Sara cheers on the nation鈥檚 favourite virtual PE teacher, Joe Wicks as he attempts to work out for an incredible 24 hours for Radio 2鈥檚 大象传媒 Children in Need Challenge 2020.

Joe started his challenge during Zoe Ball's breakfast show and is aiming to finish in Zoe's show tomorrow. He'll be doing a range of activities from cycling to yoga, boxing to rowing... and of course his signature HIIT workouts. Sara and Joe are also joined virtually by guests Denise Lewis and Josh Groban, to give him loads of encouragement in his challenge to help raise funds for 大象传媒 Children in Need.
