Olivier Latry, Ellinor D'Melon

Organist Olivier Latry talks to Katie Derham, and violinist Ellinor D'Melon accompanied by pianist Nicola Eimer join in the studio.

Used to the eminent organ of Notre-Dame de Paris, of which he is one of the titular organists, Oliver Latry sat at the Grandes Orgues of 1710 in the Royal Chapel of the Palace of Versailles for his new album dedicated to French Baroque composer Fran莽ois Couperin in the piece 'Messe pour les paroisses' (on the Ch芒teau de Versailles Spectacles label). He talks to Katie Derham tonight.

Joining in the studio for a live performance is young violinist Ellinor D'Melon, accompanied by pianist Nicola Eimer. She too comes with a new album, featuring symphonic music by Tchaikovsky and Lalo, performed alongside the RT脡 National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jaime Mart铆n (on the Rubicon label).
