She started her radio career at Coast to County Hospital Radio in Cromer at the age of 13. After attending Cromer High School and Paston College in North Walsham, she headed 'oop north to the University of Sunderland to complete a degree in Media Production.Â
She came back to Norfolk in 2003 and worked for various commercial radio stations in the area in all manner of roles, from community reporter to sales assistant, presenter to production manager.
Working her way up, she ended up at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Norfolk in 2008.Â
While here, Emma's main role has been as Station Sound Producer, which means she looks after all things sound – from jingles and trails, to setting up shows for presenters.
Emma is very excited to be taking on the role as the presenter of Sunday Breakfast and delving deeper into the world of faith around Norfolk.Â
Outside of work, Emma has a very active social life and loves nothing more than watching films at the cinema or going to live gigs.Â
She has just taken up a new hobby of boxing – but isn't planning to step into a ring anytime soon!
