Violence and looting returned to the streets of some of Britain's major cities overnight, this time away from London.
Violence and looting returned to the streets of some of Britain's major cities overnight, this time away from London. The worst disorder was in Manchester. There was trouble in Milton Keynes, but Thames Valley Police says it only amounted to minor disorder.
Firefighters in each of the Three Counties have tackled a major blaze overnight but none are being linked to public disorder. Our reporters were at the scenes in St Albans, Dunstable and Milton Keynes.
