On Remembrance Sunday Rob hears how the British Legion works to help people in Suffolk.

'Pete' has served in Afghanistan and Iraq and shares his story of why he needed help, and the difficulty in admitting he was struggling.

Rob also speaks to a Alan, a volunteer case worker, and Adrienne Wakeling, the county manager, on their work throughout the year.

Ahead of Ipswich Town of Sanctuary's launch event on Saturday, 26 November, Melissa Day talks about the work going on to support asylum seekers and the story of a Zimbabwean who went on hunger strike which inspired her.

Talitha Koum, the Christian project to support women escaping addiction, has started the landscaping work, with the Bishop planting the first tree in the orchard this week.

John Cobbold and Peter Matthews talk to Rob about the transformation which is happening at the site, north of Ipswich.
