Inspiring Suffolk's teenagers, the John Peel Centre and Children in Need... keeps going.

Mentors and support for Suffolk's young people and the John Peel Centre's new stained glass.

The 大象传媒's annual Children in Need appeal may have raised a record first-day total of more than twenty six million pounds, but the fundraising in suffolk continues.

Rob catches up with Ipswich Sports Club's 24 hour squash-a-thon and hears highlights of Pudsey's Suffolk road trip.

There's also a chance to hear Rob and his Gardeners performance from 大象传媒 Radio Suffolk's Big Night Out at the Spa Pavilion which raised at least 8,500 pounds for Children in Need.

Rob's businesses guest is Jenni Carberry, Service Development and Mentoring Manager at Suffolk Education Business Partnership.

They work to develop employability skills for young people, "bringing teaching staff and employers together so they can understand each other's needs and raise achievement."

Andrew Stringer, one of the Directors of the John Peel Centre in Stowmarket, explains how the latest phase of work is looking, with a stained glass window designed by local children.

There's also hope more grant money will be secured soon to start on Stage 3 of the project.

Rob hears the thoughts of Suffolk Family Carers on plans to change how sick notes are given.

A government-backed review of the cost of long-term sickness has said people should be signed off by a new assessment panel, and not by their GP.

Plus there's a look at Tower Ramparts shopping Centre in Ipswich, marking 25 years since opening, the latest news from Ipswich Town and answering your gardening questions is Graeme Proctor from Crown Nursery.
