What is it like to live in Grenada?
Presenter Andy visits a family living in St George's, the capital city of Grenada, and finds out how their house was built to keep it cool and cope with heavy rains. The walls are built from blocks, with a fan and louvred windows used to keep the house cool. Also, the roof is made from galvanised tin, which helps to reflect heat. Rain trickles down the corrugated roof into storage tanks. Most of the land is hilly, so the houses are built on stilts.
