Changing landscapes - erosion
How erosion has shaped the landscape of North Wales. Rocks carried by the stream bash into each other and break up in a process called erosion. This broken-down material is carried away and deposited further downstream.
During the ice age a huge 'bowl' was created on Snowdon by a glacier. This carved a v-shaped valley into the landscape.
