Ed Miliband on tax: "The job of government is to get the rules right"

Labour leader Ed Miliband responded to the ruling that Gary Barlow, along with Howard Donald, Mark Owen and manager Jonathan Wild have used a scheme set up for tax avoidance.

HM Revenue and Customs said they would not "tolerate abuse of the system."

The Take That stars and their manager invested money through a company called Icebreaker but may now have to pay back millions of pounds in tax.
