Adam Gemili reflects on winning double Commonwealth Silver
The former World Junior 100m Champion hopes British sprinters can build on their Commonwealth Games success in Glasgow to 'keep progressing and winning more Medals'.
Gemili ran the 4x100m relay with Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, Richard Kilty and Danny Talbot, losing out to the Jamaican team by 4 tenths of a second.
