Michael Gove: We want to 'enhance' powers for voters across UK
Commons Chief Whip Michael Gove on what further devolved powers to Scotland could mean for the voters in the rest of the UK.
Mr Gove told 5 live's Rachel Burden: "We want to enhance the powers given to the people of Wales...in England I think what we need to do is move to a position where the interests of English voters, on those areas where Scotland can decide for itself, English votes are properly respected".
