Amputee gets a new knee - using her backwards foot

A 22-year-old woman from Hull, who lost part of her leg to cancer, has had a new knee joint created from her foot - attached backwards.

After being diagnosed with bone cancer for the second time, Jordon Moody faced losing her entire leg without the joint "transplant".

But since the operation at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital in Birmingham, she said she had "got used" to the movement of the "knee" and hoped to walk again with a prosthesis.
