Disabled model: 'My identity was stripped away from me'

Chelsey Jay has Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS), which causes sufferers to pass out when they stand.
Jay, a member of the ‘Models of Diversity’ group, said she went from being seen "everywhere" to "literally nowhere" after diagnosis.
"It was almost as if essentially because I sit down my identity has been stripped away from me," she added.
