Man 'wasn't even aware' he had cut own hand off with circular saw
A man from South Wales says he "wasn't even aware" that he'd sawed his own hand off.
Edryd Jones was working on a DIY project when he accidentally cut his left hand off with a circular saw.
"The saw blade tipped over, because I hadn't locked it in a perpendicular position, caught my sleeve, dragged my arm into the blade and cut my arm completely off," said Jones.
"It didn't hurt at all", he added. "It was only when I went to retrieve the piece of wood that I'd cut that I realised that I'd no hand to lift it up".
