The daughter of Sepp Blatter is confident her father will remain head of Fifa following the presidential election on 29th May 2015.

Speaking to 大象传媒 Sport鈥檚 Richard Conway, Corrine Blatter said the 79-year-old was 鈥渉urt鈥� by current criticism.

鈥淭here are always two sides of the story. Unfortunately nowadays it鈥檚 always the negative that is going to be reported and it hurts him,鈥� she added.

鈥淗e will always survive, no matter what鈥檚 going to happen on the 29th of May, he will survive.鈥�

鈥淭hey will only realise what he has done when he鈥檚 gone.鈥�

鈥淸People will say] he was a great man, he was a visionary. Thanks to him, the world is a little bit better.鈥�
