Former European Cup winner Phil Neville believes that Barcelona are the best team in Europe, and Champions League final runners-up Juventus would have won the Premier League.
Barcelona won 3-1 in Berlin, outclassing their Italian opponents for large parts of the game, but Neville, who won the European Cup in 1999 with Manchester United, says Juventus are better than English champions Chelsea.
"They would have won our league because of the quality they've got and the pace they play," he said.
"I think about the Premier League now that we need to start getting the best players back to the Premier League. There were six on this pitch tonight that have left (English football).
"Get those players back to the Premier League and start playing with the pace like English clubs played with three or four years ago when we dominated Europe."
On Barcelona, Neville believes they are a level above other teams.
"Barcelona are the best team in Europe. They are better than Real Madrid, they are better than Bayern Munich they're better than Chelsea," he said.
