The Chief Executive of the British Olympic Association says he wants to 鈥渟ee clean games and clean athletes鈥� at the Olympic games in Rio De Janeiro.

Bill Sweeney said he didn鈥檛 鈥渒now鈥� if allegations of widespread doping in athletics were an 鈥渦nfair attack.鈥�

He added that he was confident that Team GB鈥檚 medallists from previous competitions were clean.

鈥淯nless data prove categorically otherwise I would definitely say they were clean,鈥� said Sweeney.

鈥淚 haven鈥檛 seen any data, we haven鈥檛 seen any speculation about previous athletes so it鈥檚 not a situation and it鈥檚 not a question that鈥檚 really come to the fore,鈥� he added.
