Today is a special anniversary in the world of rugby. It was on this day twenty years ago - 26th August 1995, that the International Rugby Board declared rugby union an "open" game. This meant that with the removal of all restrictions on payments or benefits to those connected with the game, it was now a professional sport. Martin Ballard has been talking to some of the biggest names in the game since it's change from the amateur days when the late Van Hopkins was our commentator.
The house market might be booming again, but a new report claims businesses in the East Midlands are having to turn out new work, because there isn't enough skilled labour to meet demand.
