Chelsea 1-2 Crystal Palace

Goals from Bakary Sako and Joel Ward secured a shock 2-1 win for Crystal Palace against Chelsea in Jose Mourinho's 100th home game at Stamford Bridge.

Palace took the lead midway through the second half when Bakary Sako converted Yannick Bolasie's cross.

Chelsea responded through Radamel Falcao's first goal for the club, but the Premier League champions were level for just two minutes.

Joel Ward's tap in with nine minutes remaining sealed all three points for Alan Pardew's side.
