Start your day with the latest news and updates, with Jim and Jo at breakfast.

All eyes will be on Leicester this weekend as one of the world's biggest sporting tournaments comes to town. The first of three Rugby World Cup matches in Leicester kicks-off on Sunday, starting with Argentina versus Tonga in the afternoon. Also, a senior inspector of schools in the East Midlands has told 大象传媒 Radio Leicester it's not who owns or operates a school - but the quality of its leadership - that determines how good it is. It follows a number of high profile rows between Leicester city council and the Department for Education, over governors intentions to become academies here. Senior Ofsted Inspector for the East Midlands - Emma Ing - is a month into a new scheme of inspections, which will mean good schools will be inspected every three years, while failing schools will be inspected each term.
And, we were all teenagers once, but how much do you have in common with the youth of today? The National Lottery funded project by Soft Touch Arts has been used to create artwork on subjects like fashion, dating, social mobility and schooling.
