A new report claims Leicester's hospitals made more than 3 million pounds last year in parking charges - one of the highest figures in the country. The University hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust looks after the Royal Infirmary, the General and Glenfield Hospitals. But where does all of that money go?
Also, Dateline. Tuesday 22nd December. That means there's only three shopping days left until Christmas! Have you bought all your presents? If so, aren't you good! And, Christmas Day has always been a special time for all the family to get together. But the TUC says an increasing number of people are now expected to work on Christmas Day, with the total this year, set to exceed nine hundred thousand. It says forty two thousand more people will not have a day off on December 25 compared with three years ago.
Also in the show, after the hustle and bustle is over, Christmas is a time to sit back, relax and enjoy the simple things in life. But for one Leicestershire couple, the festivities won't provide a break from the challenges of their daily life. Linda, from Countesthorpe, has been telling 大象传媒 Radio Leicester's Sally Nicholls about how she will be caring for her husband Des this Christmas.
