Hannan on climate deal: 'It's a step in the right direction'
Following the weekend's climate change agreement in Paris, Conservative MEP Daniel Hannan discussed the merits of the plan with Jo Coburn.
He said the deal was a "huge step forward", praising the fact that individual countries would be answerable to their own electorates on the terms.
Mr Hannan added it was unclear if the deal was achievable, but said it was a "step in the right direction".
