Plans for 20,000 homes 'too big'

Plans for 20,000 new homes at a development in West Tey, between Braintree and Colchester, are "too big for people to get their heads around", a campaigner says.

The Garden Community could see a population the size of Clacton move on to the site. Developers defended the plans, saying more housing was needed.

However, Rosie Pearson, from Campaign Against Urban Sprawl, disagrees.
