An Essex chef in the current series of MasterChef: The Professionals says cooking in front of the judges has been "quite tough".

Zoe Simons has already wowed the panel enough to advance through to the knock-out rounds, which start on Tuesday.

But the former Chelmsford College student has told 大象传媒 Essex that she has found the experience nerve-wracking.
