Presenter Victoria Derbyshire decided to document her experience of breast cancer through a video diary - now she's written a book. Victoria explains how she and her husband broke the news to their children. Dany Bell, a specialist adviser at the charity Macmillan Cancer Support, gives her tips on the best way to explain a serious illness like cancer to a child.
