SUNDAY 17th JUNE
Cranbrook in Bloom are holding their garden Safari Sunday today from 10.30a.m. - 5.00p.m. Tickets are 拢5 at Pages Newsagents on the High Street or at the gate of the gardens.
We have 11 gardens open; 3 new gardens this year, also teas, homemade cakes, homemade ice cream and a plant stall.

It's the Garden Safari in Eynsford from 11 until 5 today. There's 12 gardens to visit and entrance to them all is 拢5, children are free. Expect gorgeous flowers, real ale, prosecco, homemade cakes andd Ploughman's lunches.

St Georges Church in Wrotham in have an open garden safari where there are 14 gardens open - 拢5 entrance with tea and cake from 1.45 to 5.30

MONDAY 18th JUNE
Hadlow Gardeners Society welcome Katherine Lynn along for a talk called 'how To Love Weeds' - it starts at 8pm in the Old School Hall, Hadlow. Visitors are welcome for 拢2 entry.

TUESDAY 19th JUNE
Staplehurst Horticultural Society meet at 8pm in the North Hall of The Village Centre for their annual Rose and Sweet Pea Competition

HERNE HORTICULTURAL & ROSE SOCIETY have their SUMMER SHOW at HERNE INSTITUTE HALL, CANTERBURY ROAD, HERNE
It's an open show for members and non-members. Classes include Roses Summer Flowers and Floral Arrangements. All visitors welcome - DOORS OPEN 7pm FOR 7.30pm START Plant sales Raffle and Refreshments (including homemade cakes) at every meeting

WEDNESDAY 20th JUNE
Tyler Hill Gardening Society welcome Sue Scrivens for a talk on 'old Roses' from 7.30 at Tyler Hill Memorial Hall

Minster and Monkton Horticultural Society meet in the Village Hall at Minster in Thanet from 7.30 for a talk by Sue Shaw called "In the Footsteps of Paddington Bear".

THURSDAY 21st JUNE
Faversham Horticultural Society have their monthly meeting in The Assembly Rooms, Faversham

Hythe Garden Shop have a daytrip to Penshurst Place and Downderry Lavender Farm picking up from The Fountain Pub in Seabrook and Red Lion Square in Hythe - tickets available from 100 High Street, Hythe

SATURDAY 23rd JUNE
Groombridge Horticultural Society hold their 2018 Summer Show at Groombridge Village Hall from 2.30

OTFORD GARDENERS' SOCIETY meet at Otford Village Memorial Hall, High Street Otford TN14 5PQ between 2.15 and 4.15 for The Rose and Summer Show which brings together the beautiful flowers and tasty fruit and vegetables from the early summer garden. Also featured are flower arrangements, cookery and photographic classes. Homemade teas are available until 4pm.

Hildenborough Garden Society have their Summer Show from 2.30

Charing Gardeners' Society hold their 'Flower and Gardening Show' at Clewards Meadow by the Church, Charing. Members are asked to bring along whatever they can from their gardens between 9am and 12 noon, to contribute to the wonderful display in the marquee to celebrate the gardens and gardeners of Charing. The marquee will be open to the public from 12 noon. All flowers will be auctioned at the end of the day to raise money for the church. Bidborough Gardening Association hold their Summer Show at 2.30pm at Bidborough Village Hall
Enjoy their `Roots and Shoots` stall plus tea and homemade cakes.

SUNDAY 24th JUNE
Chambers Farm Flowers are a family cut flower farm in Mardenhave an open day from 12-4pm. They'll be opening the doors to the public (free of charge) to let people find out more growing seasonal British cut flowers with organic and sustainable methods. This open day is part of British Flowers Week celebrations and should be a lovely family day out.

They've got local stall holders, plant sales, guided tours, mini workshops, a very talented face painter, raffle in aid of Demelza House, hog roast, tea and cake, prosecco, pimms and of course FLOWERS!

Goudhurst Open Gardens in aid of the Hospice in the Weald have three very different gardens open in Goudhurst from 10:30am to 4:30pm. 拢5 entry with children free. The gardens are all in easy walking distance of each other and there is ample off-road parking signposted on the A262.
The gardens have offer different features, steep slopes, ponds. small intimate spaces and some wide vistas, meadows and even a beach!!
There are also a variety of arts and craft activities including flowers arranging, a choir, 'live sculpture' from local artist Martin Brockman, Jazz in the garden and more!
We also have a produce stall, a plant sale, Pimms tent, teas, and homemade cakes not to mention an excellent tombola with some great prizes donated by local businesses.
All of the proceeds will go to the Hospice in the Weald.
