'If Leicester can't play, what happens to the rest of the league?'
Gary Lineker has told ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live that it's difficult to know what the right decision is regarding Leicester City's remaining home games if the city remains in an enforced local lockdown.
Speaking to ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live Breakfast, he said: "It seems very kind of fluid, the whole situation, suddenly Leicester's in lockdown again. If Leicester can't play, what happens to the rest of the league season?"
Earlier this week, a spokesperson for the club said they were expecting matches to go ahead as planned, with "no greater risk proposed to club personnel, visiting teams or our surrounding communities."
