Naga Munchetty said a letter from a young fan gives her 鈥渉ope鈥� when she is feeling battered by the news.

The 大象传媒 presenter read the letter out loud as part of the Word Matters: Read Out Loud challenge from 大象传媒 Radio 5 Live.

The station is asking people to record themselves reading out words which matter to them.

In the letter, which was sent to Naga at the height of the pandemic, the young girl writes that Naga is her 鈥渒ey-worker hero鈥�.

鈥淚t just really touched me,鈥� said Naga. 鈥淎nd I don鈥檛 think I鈥檝e ever put a letter on my fridge before.鈥�
