Sarah and Craig met on holiday in the summer of 2007 in Benidorm to discover they lived only 5 miles apart on the outskirts of Leeds!
After five years together they are desperate to stop throwing their cash away on rent and get that first step onto the property ladder.
But there鈥檚 one obstacle 鈥� money.
Craig is a self-employed roofer and after a bitter winter and no work money is tight. Whilst studying to be a teacher, Sarah works four part-time jobs but just can鈥檛 seem to get a grip on the saving either.
They also know next-to-nothing about buying a house and are baffled by the process and endless terminology. So will they hope to be able to knuckle down and finally move one step closer to their own home?
