That's how England will have wanted to start the series. We were talking about how they may struggle against India's spinners as they did in the past against Australia and Sri Lanka. It has been a real target for England to try and get better and it worked today.
India weren't as good as they could have been but England were absolutely outstanding with the bat.
England opener Danni Wyatt: "Really enjoyed it out there. The pitch was a little tricky. Anything a bit back of a length was a bit hard. Nat [Sciver-Brunt] was scoring runs all the time, she is such a calm person to bat with. I thought we ran really well and thought the sweep and hitting the pockets were good options tonight.
"There was a bit of movement up top. Renuka [Singh Thakur] is a world class bowler. But I said to Nat it wouldn't swing for long so just get through that and build a big partnership. I thought Nat batted beautifully tonight and it was good fun out there with her.
"I thought everyone bowled exceptionally well and it was great to get out there with everyone. We had a great time out in Oman in similar conditions to this and looking forward to getting back out there on Saturday."

She has a grimace on her face but looks ok to stay on the field.

Lauren Bell drops all the pace from her deliveries, which makes it hard for the India batters to time their shots.
Bell blots her copybook slightly with one down the leg-side that escapes down for five wides. We have had a few of those today.
Shafali Verma pushes a single of Sarah Glenn's final ball to bring up a fine half-century from just 37 deliveries.
It feels like India's hopes are resting on her shoulders.
Glenn finishes with fine figures of 1-25 from her four overs.

Nat Sciver-Brunt, who took a wicket in her first over, comes back into the attack and Richa Ghosh skies one into the dark Mumbai sky.
Heather Knight goes after it from cover but cannot quite get underneath the ball and even a despairing dive cannot prevent it from landing on the turf.
India are still behind England's rate but the way they are accelerating means we could be in for a thrilling finish.
