INSTRUCTOR:OK guys, the move I'm going to give you now is the Floor Slide to Resurrection.
INSTRUCTOR:You're going to take your right leg, put it behind your left, OK. As that foot goes behind your left, get your right hand,
INSTRUCTOR:bring it down to the floor. Take your right leg, it goes behind, right hand's on the floor, you're going to slide down to the floor.
INSTRUCTOR:Get both your hands here to go behind you. Using your hips to push yourself up, and your arms to give you extra push, so you come to your feet.
INSTRUCTOR:OK, here we go.
INSTRUCTOR:And that's your Floor Slide to Resurrection.
